👉 How to book your appointment:

  1. Click on the “Select service” button below.

  2. Choose the type of visit you need:

    • Adult consultation + meds

    • Consultation without medication

    • Pensioners

    • Teleconsultation (video or phone)

    • And more

  3. Click “Continue”.

  4. A calendar will open — choose a day and time that works for you.

  5. Fill in your name, surname, and phone number.

  6. Click “Continue”.

  7. On the next page, it will say “payment will be done on-site” — click “Continue” again.

  8. That’s it! Your appointment is booked. You can even add it to your phone or email calendar.

🕒 Richmond Consultation Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:15 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Saturday: Walk-ins only, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

  • Sunday: 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM

  • Public Holidays: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

  • Teleconsultations (video/phone): 5:00 AM – 10:00 PM daily
